M5 had the honor to play the inaugural concert of the 15th Encuentro Internacional de Música de Cámara de Aguascalientes (International Chamber Music Festival of Aguascalientes, Mexico).  Apart from the highly attended first concert of the event in the beautiful historic Teatro Morelos, M5 gave a masterclass to all 38 participating chamber groups of the festival. 

M5 trumpeter Alex Freund taught during the festival as resident faculty besides internationally renowned artists like pianist Jorge Federico Osorio, composer Mario Lavista, flutist Horacio Franco, and violinist Simon Gollo.
